Where We Ship Glowera Beauty ships locally and internationally. All available destinations are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Origins Depending on the product you order, your item may be shipped from the United States or China Mainland. The shipping origin is indicated on each product listing.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States fulfillment: 5–10 business days
- China Mainland fulfillment: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees vary by product and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase:
- Some products ship free of charge
- Other products carry a flat shipping fee of $1.00
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties For international deliveries, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply in accordance with your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Glowera Beauty has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
